Michael Duberry is a former Premier League footballer and the founder of Made Leaders.

Over a remarkable 20-year career, Michael made more than 500 professional appearances, with the majority spent in the English Premier League. He enjoyed success at the very highest level, winning the UEFA Cup Winners’ Cup, UEFA Super Cup, and the English League Cup. These achievements place him firmly among football’s elite.

Representing clubs such as Chelsea, Leeds United, Stoke City, and Reading, Michael competed against some of the greatest players of his generation, including Wayne Rooney, David Beckham, Thierry Henry, and Cristiano Ronaldo. He also had the privilege of playing alongside football legends such as Ruud Gullit, Gianfranco Zola, and Gianluca Vialli.

After hanging up his boots in 2013, Michael turned his attention to his next purpose: helping others reach their full potential. He trained and qualified as an Executive Coach through the OCM and EMCC, bringing the same dedication, discipline, and mindset that defined his playing career into his coaching practice.

With that, in 2017  Made Leaders was born. A coaching and personal development company created to help individuals and teams unlock their potential, develop an elite mindset, and perform at their best when it matters most.

​

Having spent the majority of his career within the top 0.01% of his profession, Michael now uses his experiences, insights, and qualifications to inspire others to become the best version of themselves in sport, business, and life.

In 2021, Michael expanded his mission by launching Made Leaders Next Generation CIC, a Community Interest Company dedicated to empowering young people. Its purpose is simple: to help the next generation believe in their dreams, build resilience, and strive to be the best they can be.

​

Since its launch, Made Leaders Next Generation CIC has positively impacted the lives of countless young people and continues to grow, evolve, and make a real difference every day.
