Founded by Michael Duberry in 2021, Made Leaders Next Generation CIC is an extension of Made Leaders.

Made Leaders Next Generation CIC was set up to help, support, develop, inspire and empower young people so that the end result is always a positive change.
Mission
At Made Leaders Next Generation CIC, our mission is simple: to create opportunity, build belief, and unlock potential in every young person we work with.

We believe that every young person, regardless of gender, race, religion, background, or circumstance, should have equal access to support, guidance, and personal growth. Whether they are thriving or struggling, confident or uncertain, in school or out, every young person deserves the chance to become the best version of themselves.

Our mission is to help young people shift their mindset, strengthen their attitude, and sharpen their approach to life. We do this by developing key skills, teaching strong principles, and offering the tools, knowledge, and confidence they need to make better decisions, discover new possibilities, and prepare for their future with clarity and purpose.

At Made Leaders Next Generation CIC, we believe lasting change begins with mindset. When young people understand themselves, their choices, their behaviour, and their impact, they build stronger self-belief, confidence, and ambition.​We bring this vision to life through innovative projects, tailored programmes, interactive workshops, one-to-one coaching, and group mentoring.
Every initiative is designed to meet young people where they are, guide them toward who they can become, and help them take ownership of their journey.​Our goal is simple: to inspire transformation that lasts long after the session ends.
